Courier Collections Across Kent
A collection from a Dartford distribution site can require different arrangements from a shop in Canterbury or a rural property outside Maidstone. Give us the full postcode, collection contact and any access instructions so the driver can find the correct entrance and receiving team.
For deliveries with a fixed deadline, tell us when the goods will be ready and when the recipient closes. Include any loading appointment or booking reference before arranging the journey.
Documents and Parcels
Arrange direct transport for urgent paperwork, boxed goods and time-sensitive parcels. Provide the package count and dimensions so the booking matches what needs collecting.
Parts and Equipment
Book a suitable vehicle for replacement components, tools and equipment. Tell us about heavy or awkward items and whether loading assistance is available at both ends.
Multiple Delivery Stops
Add several destinations to the online calculator. Enter the stops in the required order and provide a recipient contact for each handover.
Find Your Kent Courier Area
These town pages provide more focused collection and delivery information. For Ashford, use the Kent page linked here; Ashford in Surrey is a separate location.
For other locations, view our full courier service area directory or enter your collection and delivery addresses in the calculator.
Preparing a Kent Collection
- Warehouses and business parks: include the unit number, loading entrance, site contact and any collection reference.
- Town centre premises: explain where the driver can lawfully stop and whether goods must be collected from a rear entrance.
- Rural properties: provide the property name, entrance directions and any restrictions affecting larger vehicles.
- Port premises: agree the receiving point and applicable access requirements with the receiving organisation before booking.
For a handover within controlled premises at Dover, check the Port of Dover access guidance with your receiving contact. Confirm the arrangements that apply to your delivery; a courier booking alone does not establish permission to enter a restricted site.
Kent to London and Other UK Destinations
Book journeys within Kent or onward to London, Surrey, Sussex and other UK destinations. For a London delivery, include access restrictions and confirm any applicable road charges before payment.
