Same Day Courier Sittingbourne

Warehouse and workshop collections

Provide the business name, unit number, loading entrance and a contact who can release the consignment. Confirm stock is picked and ready before arranging collection.

Include an order reference and any loading appointment requirements. Check the hours during which the collection point is staffed.

Parts needed at another site

Request delivery of replacement components, packed tools and supplies needed by a customer or colleague. If an item is required to complete a job, explain the receiving deadline and where the driver should report on arrival.

Check that the destination can accept the full load, particularly when delivery involves pallets or heavier equipment.

Pallets and larger consignments

Send pallet dimensions, total weight and available loading equipment before booking. Identify goods that cannot be stacked or must remain upright.

Vehicle suitability, tail-lift requirements and additional handling assistance need confirmation before payment.

Delivery rounds and returns

Add several delivery destinations to the calculator in the intended stop order. Label packages for each recipient and provide separate contacts.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to agree fixed delivery windows, extra collections or a return load. A route price does not confirm a specific arrival time.
