Same Day Courier Maidstone

Office and document collections

Request collection of signed paperwork, business files and securely packaged documents. Identify the person releasing them and the person authorised to receive them. For shared offices, include the company name, floor and reception instructions.

If documents must reach an organisation before a submission deadline, check its acceptance procedure and agree delivery timing before booking.

Supplier orders and business equipment

Move boxed stock, packed office equipment and replacement components to a customer or another premises.

Confirm the supplier’s release reference and whether collection is from a counter, warehouse entrance or loading bay.

Choose suitable transport

Provide the number of packages, their dimensions and total weight. Allow for protective packaging and goods that cannot be stacked.

Discuss pallets, tail-lift requirements and extra handling assistance before payment. Confirm how goods will be loaded and unloaded.

Several deliveries from one collection

Add destinations to the calculator in your preferred stop order. Label each package and provide receiving contacts for every address.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk if destinations have different closing times, or if the itinerary includes additional collections or equipment returns.
