Same Day Courier Dartford

Warehouse and supplier collections

For a Dartford warehouse or trade supplier, provide the company name, unit number, loading entrance and collection reference. Confirm the order is ready and identify the person who can release it.

If collection requires a booked slot or vehicle registration in advance, discuss that requirement before payment. A route quote alone does not reserve a warehouse appointment.

Deliveries to customers and work sites

Arrange transport for replacement parts, boxed orders, office equipment and securely packed business supplies.

Include the receiving contact, access instructions and delivery hours. For a work site, specify the approved entrance and where the driver should report.

Match the vehicle to the consignment

Check the total weight and packaged dimensions, including pallets. Tell us about non-stackable goods and anything that must remain upright.

Confirm loading equipment at both addresses and discuss tail-lift requirements or extra lifting assistance before booking.

Time-critical and multi-stop journeys

Traffic and access conditions affect collection and arrival times. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk before booking a fixed deadline.

Add multiple delivery destinations to the calculator in the intended order. Additional collections and return loads need separate agreement.
