Same Day Courier Canterbury

Collecting from Canterbury premises

Arrange collection from offices, shops, suppliers and homes. For a city-centre address, explain whether handover is at the main entrance or a separate loading point. Tell us about pedestrian access, parking restrictions and any distance goods need to be carried.

For a shared building, include the business or department name, floor and reception instructions. Provide a contact who will be available when the driver arrives.

Documents, orders and equipment

Request delivery of signed documents, securely packed purchases, business supplies and replacement parts.

If goods are going to a reception desk or institutional building, confirm who can accept them and when that location closes. Include any appointment or delivery reference.

Prepare the goods for transport

Use packaging suitable for road transport and provide accurate dimensions and weights. Tell us about fragile equipment, items that cannot be stacked and loading assistance needed at either end.

Larger loads, pallet handling and tail-lift requirements should be discussed before payment.

Plan the handover around your deadline

A closing time or appointment needs an agreed delivery plan. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both addresses, the consignment and required arrival time before booking.

Allow time for reception checks and unloading as well as the journey. The calculator provides a route price; availability and fixed timing require confirmation.
