Same Day Courier Dover

Collections from Dover premises

Arrange collection from offices, suppliers, workshops, shops and homes. Give the full address, a named contact and the exact handover point.

Confirm the goods are packed and ready at the agreed collection time. Include any supplier reference needed to release them.

Port-related business deliveries

For goods connected with a port or marine business, provide the company or agent’s name, delivery reference and receiving address. A vessel name or general port location is not enough to identify the handover point.

Explain whether delivery is to an accessible office or warehouse, or a restricted location. Dockside entry, security clearance, customs requirements and any cross-border transport must be discussed and agreed before booking.

Prepare for departure or closing times

If parts or paperwork must arrive before a departure or appointment, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the route, item details and latest acceptable handover time.

Include time for security checks and unloading. A calculator quote does not confirm a fixed deadline or vehicle availability.

Load details and additional stops

Provide packaged dimensions, total weight and any handling requirements. Agree loading assistance and tail-lift requirements before payment.

Add extra delivery addresses to the calculator, and discuss return collections or fixed time windows separately.
