Same Day Courier Folkestone

Collections from homes and businesses

Request collection from a Folkestone home, shop, office, supplier or workshop. For flats and shared premises, include the building name, floor and a contact who can arrange access.

Tell us about stairs or carrying assistance before selecting your vehicle. Identify the actual handover point and any parking restrictions.

Retail, hospitality and customer orders

Send boxed stock, business supplies and replacement equipment to a customer or another premises. Confirm the receiving location: reception, a loading entrance or a named member of staff.

Include opening hours and any period when deliveries cannot be accepted. For purchases collected on your behalf, check that the seller accepts courier collection and provide the order reference.

Terminal and restricted-site addresses

If a collection or delivery involves a transport terminal or controlled location, email the exact address and access requirements before booking.

Security arrangements and any cross-border movement require separate agreement. Give a named receiving contact rather than only a general site address.

Vehicle size, timing and extra deliveries

Measure goods with their packaging and provide the complete load weight. Discuss fragile items, loading equipment and additional lifting assistance before payment.

Add extra delivery stops to the calculator and email info@samedayrun.co.uk to confirm any urgent deadline, timed collection or return journey.
