Same Day Courier Tilbury

Warehouse and commercial collections

Provide the company name, warehouse or unit number, release reference and loading entrance. Confirm that the goods are available and authorised for collection.

Include any appointment requirements and a contact who can resolve release or access questions.

Port-related deliveries and handovers

For goods connected with a port or marine business, give the exact receiving address, company or agent name and delivery reference. A vessel name or general terminal address is not enough to identify the handover point.

Restricted entry, security registration, dockside access and customs arrangements require separate agreement before booking. Do not assume a standard online quote includes specialist port procedures.

Load suitability and handling

Provide packaged dimensions, total weight and loading equipment available at each end. Identify pallets and non-stackable goods.

Tail-lift requirements and extra handling assistance must be confirmed before payment. Container transport and other specialist movements require a separate enquiry.

Departure deadlines and extra deliveries

If delivery must happen before a departure or closing time, allow for security checks and unloading. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to agree timing before booking.

Add ordinary delivery stops to the calculator and discuss additional collections or return loads separately.
