Same Day Courier Grays

Trade supplier and warehouse collections

Confirm that the goods are ready for release and provide the supplier’s collection reference. Include the business name, unit number and loading entrance.

Check whether collection requires a booked slot and identify the contact responsible for handing over the complete order.

Supplies needed at a work site

Request delivery of parts, packed tools or business supplies to the person waiting for them. Provide the approved site entrance and explain where the driver should report.

Share any access restrictions and receiving hours before booking. Confirm that someone can accept and unload the goods.

Retail purchases and larger consignments

For shop collections, confirm payment, packaging and the seller’s release instructions. Give the number of packages, dimensions and total weight.

Do not assume unpacking, installation or extra carrying assistance is included. Discuss bulky items, pallets and tail-lift requirements before payment.

Urgent routes and extra destinations

Add multiple delivery addresses to the calculator in stop order. Additional collections and return loads require agreement.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with your route and deadline for time-critical work. Traffic, access and vehicle availability affect the achievable schedule.
