Same Day Courier Basildon

Collections from warehouses and suppliers

Provide the business name, unit number, collection reference and actual loading entrance. Confirm that the complete order is picked, packed and authorised for release.

If a warehouse requires a loading appointment or vehicle registration, discuss this before booking. Include a contact who can resolve any issue with the handover.

Parts and stock needed at another site

Request delivery of replacement components, trade supplies or boxed customer orders. Tell the receiving business what is arriving and check that it can accept the complete consignment.

For a workshop or job site, identify the approved entrance and the person responsible for receiving the goods.

Vehicle size and loading arrangements

Measure goods with their packaging and provide the total weight. Identify pallets, non-stackable items and equipment that must remain upright.

Confirm available loading equipment at both addresses. Tail-lift requirements and additional lifting assistance need agreement before payment.

Deadlines and several delivery stops

Add delivery destinations to the calculator in the intended stop order. Discuss additional collections, return loads and fixed receiving windows separately.

For time-critical work, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the route, ready time and required arrival time. An online price does not confirm vehicle availability or guarantee a deadline.
