Same Day Courier Brentwood

Collections from offices and shared buildings

Provide the company name, building address, floor and reception instructions. Identify the person holding the goods and explain whether the driver needs visitor registration or access approval.

For home-based businesses, include the property name or number and a clear handover point.

Documents and workplace equipment

Send signed paperwork, boxed supplies and protected equipment to a colleague or customer. State whether reception can accept the delivery or a named-person handover is required.

If equipment is replacing another item, discuss any return collection separately, including its dimensions and destination.

Loading and access arrangements

Measure the packaged load and provide its total weight. Confirm whether items can be stacked and explain any fragile handling requirements.

Stairs, lift restrictions, long carrying distances and additional lifting assistance need agreement before payment.

Plan around the receiving department

Check the receiving department’s hours rather than relying only on the building’s opening time. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to agree any fixed deadline.

Add extra delivery destinations to the calculator in stop order. The route price does not confirm vehicle availability or a specific arrival time.
