Same Day Courier Newbury

Collections from suppliers, workshops and properties

Give the complete address, company or property name and a contact who can release the goods. Include supplier references and the correct loading entrance.

For premises outside the centre, provide directions to the actual handover point if the postcode does not identify it clearly. Mention gates or access unsuitable for a larger van.

Parts needed to complete a job

Arrange collection of ready-to-release components, packed tools and supplies for a customer or work site. Confirm the supplier has the complete order ready.

Identify the person waiting for the goods and check their receiving hours. A delivery deadline should include time for the handover.

Load details and handling

Provide packaged dimensions, total weight and any upright transport requirements. Explain whether items can be stacked.

Confirm loading equipment at both ends. Pallets, tail-lift requirements and additional lifting assistance must be agreed before payment.

Local routes and longer journeys

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the ready time and required arrival time before booking a strict deadline.

Add extra delivery destinations to the calculator in stop order. Discuss additional collections or returns separately. An online price does not confirm vehicle availability or fixed timing.
