Same Day Courier Reading

Town-centre and business-site collections

Provide the complete address, organisation and department holding the goods. Identify the correct entrance and any visitor registration or loading restrictions.

For buildings with several reception points, specify the agreed handover location. Include the floor, contact and any lift or carrying requirements.

Workplace equipment and urgent paperwork

Move protected computers, boxed supplies and signed documents to a colleague or customer. Confirm whether reception can accept delivery or a named recipient must be present.

For equipment exchanges, provide details of the return item and agree the full route before booking.

Choose a vehicle and agree loading

Measure each item with its packaging and provide the combined weight. Identify fragile goods, non-stackable items and equipment that must remain upright.

Discuss pallets, tail-lift requirements and extra carrying assistance before payment. Check loading equipment at both addresses.

Receiving windows and multiple destinations

Check the receiving department’s hours rather than relying only on the building’s opening time. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to agree any fixed deadline.

Add drop-offs to the calculator in the intended order. Additional collections and returns need separate agreement. A route price does not guarantee an arrival time.
