Same Day Courier Thatcham

Supplier and business-unit collections

Provide the company name, unit number, order reference and actual loading entrance. Confirm goods are ready and identify the contact responsible for release.

If collection involves a gatehouse or loading appointment, include the entry and booking instructions before arranging the journey.

Stock transfers and replacement equipment

Move boxed stock to another premises or deliver equipment needed by a customer. Provide the item count and check that the recipient can accept the complete consignment.

Discuss any equipment return separately. Include the return load’s dimensions, weight and receiving address.

Pallets and loading assistance

Provide packaged dimensions and total weight, including pallets. Tell us about items that cannot be stacked and equipment that must remain upright.

Confirm loading equipment at collection and delivery. Tail-lift requirements and extra handling assistance must be agreed before payment.

Receiving times and multiple stops

Share the collection ready time and destination’s receiving hours. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk before booking a fixed deadline.

Add delivery destinations to the calculator in stop order. Additional collections and returns require agreement. A calculator quote does not confirm vehicle availability or timing.
