Same Day Courier Slough

Warehouse and commercial collections

Provide the business name, unit number, loading entrance and collection reference. Confirm the complete order is ready and authorised for release.

For premises with several loading points, identify the correct bay or reception. Include collection appointments and any vehicle registration requirements.

Replacement parts and customer orders

Request transport for ready-to-release components, packed equipment and boxed stock needed at another site. Name the person receiving the goods and check their department’s hours.

For a repair deadline or customer appointment, agree timing before booking rather than relying only on the calculator price.

Load dimensions and handling arrangements

Provide package or pallet dimensions, total weight and the number of items. Explain whether goods can be stacked or must remain upright.

Confirm loading equipment at both addresses. Tail-lift requirements and extra lifting assistance need agreement before payment.

Delivery rounds and return loads

Add delivery addresses to the calculator in the intended stop order. Label packages and provide contacts for every destination.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk for fixed receiving windows, additional collections or returns. Vehicle availability and time-critical schedules require confirmation.
