Same Day Courier Colnbrook

Warehouse collections and release references

Give the warehouse operator’s name, unit number, loading entrance and collection reference. Confirm that the consignment is physically available and authorised for release.

Include any collection appointment, identification requirement and contact who can resolve a release query. A general business address may not identify the correct loading point.

Freight-related handovers

For an order held by a freight business, check that any required release procedures are complete before arranging collection.

Customs arrangements, bonded goods, airside access and other specialist requirements need separate confirmation. Do not assume these services are included in an ordinary online route quote.

Check the load and loading equipment

Provide pallet or package dimensions, total weight and the number of items. Identify goods that cannot be stacked.

Confirm forklift or other loading equipment at both addresses. Tail-lift requirements and additional handling assistance must be agreed before payment.

Collection windows and delivery deadlines

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the release time, collection window and required arrival time before booking time-critical work.

Add extra delivery destinations to the calculator in order. Additional collections and returns require agreement. An online quote does not confirm access, availability or a fixed deadline.
