Same Day Courier Sandhurst

Collections from homes and local premises

Arrange collection from a shop, office, workshop, supplier or residential address. Provide the property or business name and a contact who can release the goods.

For shop purchases, confirm payment and provide the seller’s collection reference. Tell us about stairs, restricted parking or carrying assistance needed.

Controlled-site and gatehouse handovers

If either address has controlled access, provide the approved entrance, receiving contact and any registration requirements before booking.

Agree whether handover takes place at a gatehouse or inside the premises. A standard route quote does not confirm permission to enter a restricted location.

Measure and protect the complete load

Use suitable packaging and provide dimensions, item count and total weight. Identify goods that cannot be stacked or must remain upright.

Extra lifting assistance, pallets and tail-lift requirements need confirmation before payment. Check unloading arrangements with the recipient.

Timing and extra delivery stops

Add delivery destinations to the calculator in your preferred order. Discuss additional collections and return journeys separately.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to confirm any strict collection or arrival deadline. Availability, access and the journey affect the achievable schedule.
