Same Day Courier Bracknell

Office and business-site collections

Provide the company name, building address, department and a contact holding the goods. Identify the correct entrance, reception or loading point.

If visitors need registration or vehicles require access approval, arrange this before collection. Include any appointment or release reference.

IT equipment and workplace supplies

Move protected computers, boxed equipment and business supplies to a colleague or customer. Describe the complete consignment and ensure items are packed for road transport.

For equipment exchanges, provide details of the outgoing and return items. Return collections should be agreed as part of the itinerary.

Select a vehicle for the complete load

Measure packaged goods and state the total weight. Tell us whether items can be stacked or must remain upright.

Agree loading equipment, extra carrying assistance and any tail-lift requirement before payment. Include stairs or lift restrictions at either address.

Receiving hours and multiple deliveries

Check the receiving department’s hours, which may differ from reception. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to confirm any fixed deadline.

Add delivery destinations to the calculator in stop order. The calculator gives a route price; vehicle availability and fixed timing require confirmation.
