Same Day Courier Iver

Business-unit and property collections

Give the complete address, business or property name and a contact who can release the goods. Identify the actual collection entrance if the site has several buildings.

For homes or shared premises, include entry instructions and explain any access restrictions affecting a larger vehicle.

Equipment deliveries to controlled premises

For a delivery to a venue, studio, commercial site or other controlled location, provide the receiving department and approved entrance.

Confirm any visitor registration, vehicle details or appointment required before booking. Discuss equipment returns separately, including the return load’s dimensions and destination.

Load protection and fixed handover times

Pack equipment for road transport and provide dimensions, package count and total weight. Identify fragile goods and items that must remain upright. Tail-lift requirements and extra handling assistance need agreement before payment.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the ready time and required handover time for time-critical work. An online route price does not confirm access, availability or a fixed deadline.

Add extra delivery addresses in order. Additional collections and returns require separate agreement.
