Same Day Courier Maidenhead

Collections from offices and shared premises

Provide the company name, building address, floor and reception instructions. Name the person releasing the goods and explain any visitor registration requirements.

For shops or suppliers, identify the collection entrance and provide the order reference. Confirm goods are ready before arranging transport.

Documents and equipment for colleagues or customers

Send signed paperwork, boxed supplies and protected equipment to a named recipient. Confirm whether reception can accept delivery or a particular person must be present.

For equipment exchanges, discuss the return item’s size, weight and destination before booking.

Prepare your load and access instructions

Measure goods with their packaging and provide the combined weight. Identify fragile items and goods that cannot be stacked.

Tell us about stairs, lift restrictions and carrying distances. Additional handling assistance and tail-lift requirements need agreement before payment.

Receiving deadlines and multiple stops

Check the receiving department’s hours and provide any appointment reference. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to confirm fixed timing.

Add extra delivery addresses to the calculator in order. Additional collections and returns require agreement. The route price does not guarantee arrival at a particular time.
