Same Day Courier Chelmsford

City-centre and business collections

Arrange collection from a shop, office, supplier, workshop or home. For a city-centre address, identify the collection entrance and explain any parking or loading restrictions.

For shared offices, provide the organisation, department, floor and a contact who can release the goods.

Paperwork with a receiving deadline

Send signed documents and securely packaged business files to a named recipient. Check the destination’s acceptance procedure and whether reception is authorised to receive them.

For a submission deadline, allow time for the actual handover rather than only arrival outside the building. Confirm timing before booking.

Orders, parts and equipment

Provide supplier references, package counts, dimensions and total weight. Confirm that the goods are ready for release and the recipient can accept the complete order.

Discuss fragile equipment, pallets, tail-lift requirements and additional lifting assistance before payment.

Plan several deliveries

Add delivery addresses to the calculator in your preferred stop order. Label packages clearly and include receiving contacts and opening hours.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk for fixed deadlines, additional collections or return journeys. The calculator supplies a route price; availability and special arrangements require confirmation.
