Same Day Courier Ascot

Collections from homes and business premises

Provide the complete address, property or business name and a contact who can release the goods. For gated premises, explain how entry will be arranged and identify the handover point.

Tell us about restricted parking, long drives, stairs or carrying distances before booking.

Venue and hospitality deliveries

For supplies going to a venue, hotel or event, name the receiving department and contact. Specify whether delivery is to reception, a service entrance or an agreed loading point.

Share any delivery appointment, vehicle registration or access approval required. Check that someone will be available to accept the consignment.

Prepare purchases and equipment for transport

Confirm that seller orders are paid for, packed and authorised for release. Provide packaged dimensions, total weight and any fragile handling requirements.

Extra carrying assistance, pallets and tail-lift requirements need agreement before payment.

Timed handovers and extra destinations

For an appointment or event deadline, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the ready time, route and required handover time before booking.

Add extra delivery addresses to the calculator in stop order. Additional collections and returns require separate agreement. A route price does not guarantee an arrival time.
