For an airport-related booking, provide the exact cargo facility or business address, release reference and contact. A terminal name alone may not identify where goods can be collected or received.

For events, include the venue, organiser, stand or receiving point and delivery window. Airside access, security clearance, customs procedures and specialist handling require separate agreement before booking.

Choose the Right Vehicle

Measure goods with their packaging and check the total weight. Tell us if items must stay upright, cannot be stacked or require pallet space.

Discuss tail-lift requirements, additional lifting assistance, stairs and unloading equipment before payment. Fragile goods need suitable protection for road transport.
