Collections from Stratford shops, offices and residential buildings

For shop and office collections, provide the exact postcode, business name and collection contact. Specify whether the handover is at reception, the shop entrance or a separate loading point.

If collecting from a shop within Westfield Stratford City, arrange release with the shop first. Include the order reference and agreed handover point, and confirm any loading access or authorisation needed before booking.

For residential blocks, include the building name, flat number, floor, entry instructions and lift access. For a venue or event delivery, provide the designated goods entrance and receiving contact. Any appointment, access permission or extra handling help should be confirmed in advance.

What can you send from Stratford?

Choose a vehicle that fits your goods

• Car or small van: documents, small parcels and compact boxes, depending on their measurements.
• Medium or large van: multiple packages, bulkier orders and larger equipment.
• Luton van: larger loads where this vehicle is suitable and available.

Measure each item after packing and include the total weight and quantity. Fragile goods need suitable protective packaging. Tail lifts, forklifts, extra handling help and unusual loading requirements must be agreed in advance.

Plan around collection hours and delivery appointments

Tell us when the goods will actually be ready and when the recipient can accept them. Include shop collection cut-offs, venue delivery slots and any restrictions at the destination.

The calculator provides a route price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee an arrival time. Loading access, journey distance and collection time affect whether a same day delivery is possible.
