Same Day Courier Windlesham

Looking for a same day courier near you in Windlesham?

Request collection from your home, workplace or supplier when an item needs its own journey. Your goods travel directly to the agreed destination in a dedicated vehicle, without passing through a parcel sorting depot.

Check the journey price using our online calculator. For a fixed delivery deadline, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the item details, ready time and required arrival time so availability can be checked before booking.

Give the exact address and access details

Provide the full collection address and postcode, including the property or business name. If the premises have more than one entrance, identify the correct driveway, gate or loading point.

Mention access restrictions, limited turning space or a long carrying distance before booking. For larger goods, confirm how they will be brought to the vehicle and unloaded at the destination.

Make sure someone is available to release the items. Supplier orders should be packed, ready and authorised for collection, with the order reference provided.

What needs delivering from Windlesham?

Choose a suitable courier vehicle

• Car or small van: documents, smaller parcels and compact equipment.
• Medium or large van: multiple boxes, larger equipment and suitable trade supplies.
• Luton van: bulkier consignments, subject to dimensions, weight and vehicle availability.

Measure items with their packaging included. If loading needs a tail lift, forklift or additional lifting assistance, agree these arrangements before booking.

Plan collection and delivery together

Tell us the earliest time your goods can leave and when the recipient will be available. If someone is attending specifically for the handover, confirm the arrangements before the journey.

Local deliveries and longer journeys across mainland Great Britain can be arranged subject to availability. The calculator provides a journey price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee arrival at a particular time.
