Same Day Courier Staines-upon-Thames

Looking for a same day courier near you in Staines?

Request collection directly from your home, workplace or supplier when a delivery needs its own journey. Your goods travel in a dedicated vehicle to the agreed destination without passing through a parcel sorting depot.

Check the journey price using our online calculator. If your delivery must arrive before a fixed time, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the item details, ready time and deadline so availability can be checked before booking.

Collections from shops, offices and homes

Provide the complete collection address and postcode, together with the property or business name. For shops, confirm whether the driver should report to the counter or a separate goods entrance.

For shared offices, include the company name, reception point and person releasing the goods. If visitor registration or a loading appointment is needed, arrange this before collection.

Mention parking restrictions, gates, stairs or limited loading space when booking. Supplier orders should be packed, ready and authorised for release, with the order reference supplied.

What needs delivering from Staines-upon-Thames?

Choose a vehicle for your complete load

• Car or small van: documents, smaller parcels and compact equipment.
• Medium or large van: multiple boxes, larger equipment and suitable trade supplies.
• Luton van: bulkier consignments, subject to dimensions, weight and vehicle availability.

Measure items with their packaging included. If loading requires a tail lift, forklift or additional lifting assistance, agree these arrangements before booking.

Confirm the destination and receiving arrangements

Arrange a local delivery or a longer journey across mainland Great Britain. Give the earliest collection time and confirm when the recipient can accept the goods.

For deliveries to warehouses or controlled premises, provide the exact entrance, receiving contact and any appointment reference. Airport-related journeys need a precise handover point and confirmed access arrangements.

The online calculator provides a journey price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee arrival at a particular time. Fixed deadlines should be checked before booking.
