Same Day Courier Saffron Walden

Shop, office and property collections

Provide the full address, postcode and property or business name. For a town-centre shop, identify the collection entrance and any loading restrictions.

For a property outside the centre, explain the actual entrance if the postcode does not identify it clearly. Mention gates, narrow access or anything that may affect a larger vehicle.

Purchases and business orders

Request collection of paid purchases, boxed customer orders and supplier items. Confirm that the seller accepts courier collection and provide any reference or authorisation required.

Give a named recipient and check that someone will be available to receive the complete consignment.

Pack and measure before selecting transport

Protect items for road transport and measure them with packaging included. State the total weight and identify fragile or non-stackable goods.

Extra carrying assistance, stairs, pallets and tail-lift requirements should be agreed before payment.

Plan around collection and receiving hours

Share the earliest ready time and the destination’s latest receiving time. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk before booking a strict deadline.

Add multiple delivery stops to the calculator in order. Additional collections and returns require separate agreement.
