Same Day Courier Olympia

Looking for a same day courier near you in Olympia?

Get a route price for collection from a home, office, shop or supplier near Olympia. Your goods travel directly to the receiving address without passing through a parcel sorting depot.

For an exhibition deadline or a fixed appointment, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both postcodes, the packed load, its ready time and the required arrival time. Check availability and access arrangements before booking.

Deliveries to exhibitions and events at Olympia

If your delivery is for an event at Olympia London, confirm the organiser's delivery instructions first. Provide the event name, hall or stand reference, receiving contact and the designated goods entrance.

Check whether a vehicle booking, delivery slot, access pass or other authorisation is required. Supply any confirmed instructions before booking your courier. An online quote does not reserve venue access or a loading slot.

Make sure someone is authorised to receive the goods at the agreed point. Tell us about unloading assistance, equipment requirements and restrictions on leaving items unattended. For a return collection, confirm when the goods will be packed and released.

What can you send in the Olympia area?

Choose a suitable courier vehicle

• Car or small van: documents, small parcels and compact boxes, depending on their measurements.
• Medium or large van: multiple packages, bulkier supplies and larger equipment.
• Luton van: larger loads where this vehicle is suitable and available.

Measure items after packing and include their total weight and quantity. Fragile goods need suitable protective packaging. Tail lifts, forklifts, extra handling help and unusual loading requirements must be agreed in advance.

Collections from nearby homes and businesses

For addresses around Kensington Olympia, provide the exact postcode, building number and business or flat name. Specify whether the handover is at reception, a shop entrance or a separate loading point.

Include stairs, lift access and any restrictions on stopping outside. Agree a suitable handover point beforehand and make sure the goods are ready when collection is arranged.
