Collection details for North Kensington addresses

For collections around Ladbroke Grove or elsewhere in North Kensington, provide the exact postcode, building number and collection contact. Specify whether the handover is at a shop entrance, reception, workshop or separate loading point.

For flats and buildings with shared entrances, include the flat number, floor, entry instructions and lift access. Tell us about stairs and any larger items that need extra handling before confirming your booking.

If the address has restricted vehicle access, agree a suitable handover point in advance. For a supplier purchase, make sure the goods are packed and authorised for release, and provide the order reference and collection hours.

What can you send from North Kensington?

Choose a vehicle that fits your goods

• Car or small van: documents, small parcels and compact boxes, depending on their measurements.
• Medium or large van: multiple packages, bulkier orders and larger equipment.
• Luton van: larger loads where this vehicle is suitable and available.

Measure items after packing and include their total weight and quantity. Use suitable protective packaging for fragile goods. Tail lifts, forklifts, extra handling help and unusual loading requirements must be agreed before booking.

Plan around receiving hours and delivery slots

Tell us when the goods will actually be ready and when the destination can accept them. Include any appointment window, reception closing time or supplier collection cut-off.

The calculator provides a route price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee an arrival time. Loading access, journey distance and collection time affect whether a same day delivery is possible.
