Same Day Courier Milton Keynes

Warehouse and office collections

Provide the company name, building or unit number, collection reference and actual loading entrance. For offices, include the department and a contact holding the goods.

Confirm orders are picked and authorised for release. Share any loading appointment, gatehouse instructions or vehicle registration requirements before booking.

Equipment transfers and urgent customer orders

Move protected workplace equipment, boxed stock or replacement components to another premises. Describe the complete consignment and confirm the recipient can accept it.

If delivery includes an equipment exchange, provide details of the return item and destination. Agree the full itinerary rather than assuming a return collection is included.

Load suitability and delivery windows

Provide packaged dimensions, total weight and any non-stackable items. Confirm loading equipment at both addresses. Pallets, tail-lift requirements and extra handling assistance need agreement before payment.

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk for fixed collection appointments or delivery deadlines. The calculator supplies a route price, not confirmation of availability or a guaranteed arrival time.

Add extra drop-offs in stop order and provide receiving contacts and hours for each destination.
