Same Day Courier Hatfield

Business premises and shared-site collections

Include the company name, building or unit number and the person responsible for releasing the goods. If a site has several entrances, identify the loading point and any gatehouse procedure.

For a campus or shared office destination, a postcode may cover more than one building. Provide the department, room or reception point needed for the handover.

Replacement equipment and urgent parts

When arranging equipment delivery, confirm the exact item, packaging, dimensions and weight. State whether the recipient needs the goods before a repair appointment or another scheduled activity.

Returns should be packed with the correct paperwork and release authorisation. A delivery followed by a return collection needs to be agreed as a separate journey requirement.

Check vehicle size, access and deadlines

Enter your route and any additional delivery stops in the calculator. Tell us about loading restrictions, heavy items, stairs or the need for extra assistance before payment.

A calculated route price does not confirm driver availability or guarantee a particular arrival time. Fixed deadlines must be discussed before booking.
