Same Day Courier Haslemere

Looking for a same day courier near you in Haslemere?

Request collection directly from your home, workplace or supplier when an item needs its own journey. Your goods travel in a dedicated vehicle to the agreed destination without passing through a parcel sorting depot.

Use the online calculator to check the journey price. If you need delivery before a particular time, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the load details, earliest collection time and deadline so availability can be checked before booking.

Help the driver find your collection point

Provide the full address and postcode, including the property or business name. If the collection is from a named house, shared driveway or separate workshop, describe the entrance and where the goods will be handed over.

Mention narrow access, gates or restrictions that could affect the vehicle choice. For larger loads, confirm there is a suitable place to load and explain whether lifting assistance or equipment is required.

For shop and supplier collections, confirm the goods are packed and ready for release. Include the order reference, collection hours and any authorisation the supplier needs.

What needs collecting in Haslemere?

Choose a suitable courier vehicle

• Car or small van: documents, smaller parcels and compact equipment.
• Medium or large van: multiple boxes, larger equipment and suitable trade supplies.
• Luton van: bulkier consignments, subject to load dimensions, weight and availability.

Measure items with their packaging included. A tail lift, forklift or additional lifting assistance must be agreed in advance if required.

Plan collection and delivery times together

Tell us when the goods will be ready and when the recipient can accept them. For a supplier collection, check that the order can be released before the premises close.

Local deliveries and longer journeys across mainland Great Britain can be arranged subject to availability. The online quote provides a journey price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee arrival at a particular time.
