Same Day Courier Harlow

Collections from business units and suppliers

Provide the company name, unit number, collection reference and loading entrance. Confirm that the goods are ready and identify the person authorised to release them.

For sites with several departments, specify the department holding the order rather than relying only on the main reception address.

Equipment transfers and replacement parts

Move protected equipment between premises or send a component to a customer waiting for a repair. Explain what is being carried and whether it has any special orientation or handling requirements.

If another item needs collecting in return, provide details of both loads and agree the complete itinerary before booking.

Prepare the complete consignment

State the package count, packaged dimensions and combined weight. Label boxes clearly and confirm loading equipment at each address.

Discuss pallet space, tail-lift requirements, fragile goods and additional lifting assistance before payment.

Delivery appointments and multiple stops

Check receiving hours and whether a loading appointment is required. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk to confirm any fixed collection or delivery time.

Add extra drop-offs to the calculator in the intended order. The online price does not confirm vehicle availability or guarantee arrival at a specific time.
