Same Day Courier East Horsley

Looking for a same day courier near you in East Horsley?

Samedayrun arranges collections from homes, shops, offices and other business premises in East Horsley. Private customers and businesses can request a local delivery or a dedicated journey to another destination in mainland Great Britain.

Your consignment travels in the allocated vehicle without passing through a parcel sorting depot. Enter the complete collection address and postcode, rather than relying on the village name alone, when calculating your route.

If delivery must be completed by a particular time, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both addresses, the packaged dimensions, total weight and required arrival time before booking.

Make your collection address easy to find

For a named property, provide the full house name, road and postcode. If the entrance is shared, set back from the road or reached through a gate, explain where the driver should go.

Tell us about narrow driveways, height restrictions or limited turning space before choosing a larger van. Include gate instructions and make sure someone can allow access at the agreed collection time.

For shops and workplaces, identify the handover point and any separate loading entrance. Confirm the opening hours and have the packaged goods ready for collection.

Documents, parcels and business goods

Choose a vehicle that suits the load

Options include cars, small vans, medium vans, large vans and Luton vans, subject to availability. The selected vehicle needs sufficient space and payload capacity, as well as suitable access at both addresses.

• Dimensions: provide length, width and height after packing, including pallets where applicable.
• Weight: give the total consignment weight and number of packages.
• Loading: explain whether a forklift, tail lift or assistance may be needed so suitability can be confirmed.
• Handover: arrange for someone to release the goods and someone to accept delivery.

Email your load and access details before booking if you are unsure which vehicle to select.

Plan your journey and arrival time

You can request delivery from East Horsley to nearby towns, London, Heathrow or another destination in mainland Great Britain. Same-day arrival depends on the collection time, journey distance, traffic and recipient availability.

Check whether the destination has a closing time, booked receiving slot or security procedure. Include these details before booking and allow time for loading and handover as well as travel.

For several delivery stops, provide the addresses in the required order. Confirm any essential deadline before completing the booking.
