Same Day Courier Colchester

Clear collection details for every address

Request collection from offices, shops, workshops, suppliers and homes. Include the property or business name, full postcode and a contact who can release the goods.

For a large building or site, identify the department and actual entrance. Explain whether the driver should report to reception, a gatehouse or a loading point.

Delivering to organisations and controlled sites

Confirm receiving hours, visitor registration and any access approval before booking. Deliveries to a restricted site need an agreed handover point and authorised receiving contact.

Do not assume that a general site address provides access to every department. Include any delivery appointment or reference.

Prepare equipment and larger loads

Use protective packaging suitable for road transport. Provide the package count, dimensions and combined weight, and identify items that must remain upright.

Pallets, tail-lift requirements and additional carrying assistance need confirmation before payment.

Plan longer journeys and extra stops

Share when goods will be ready and when the destination closes. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk before booking a strict arrival deadline.

Add extra delivery addresses to the calculator in stop order. Discuss additional collections and return journeys separately.
