Same Day Courier Cheshunt

Collecting stock and supplier orders

Confirm that the order is complete and ready for release. Give us the supplier name, order reference, number of packages and the correct loading entrance rather than only the main building address.

Check opening hours at both ends. A late collection may leave too little time to reach a receiving department before it closes.

Deliveries to shops, offices and customers

For retail deliveries, identify who can accept the goods and whether there are receiving-hour restrictions. Residential orders need a recipient who can be present for the agreed handover.

Where several orders travel together, label them clearly by destination. Enter each delivery stop in the calculator and explain any stop that needs a particular arrival window.

Load details and booking requirements

Provide package measurements and weights before selecting a vehicle. Pallets, heavy items, stairs or deliveries needing additional help require an agreed handling plan.

Additional pickups and return journeys must be arranged separately. An online route price does not confirm availability or guarantee a fixed delivery time.
