Collections From Bordon Homes and Businesses
Request collection from a home, shop, office, workshop or supplier in Bordon. Include the complete address and a contact who can release the goods at the agreed collection time.
For a business unit, give the company name, unit number and loading entrance. If the premises are difficult to locate, include directions to the actual collection point. Tell us about locked gates, restricted parking or access that may be unsuitable for a larger van.
Parts and Workshop Supplies
Send replacement components, packed tools and supplies to another workshop or customer site. Provide any order reference and confirm that the supplier has the goods ready.
Documents and Customer Orders
Arrange delivery of signed paperwork, business supplies and securely packed orders. Include a named recipient and check their availability before booking.
Equipment and Larger Items
Request transport for boxed equipment, stock and bulky purchases. Share accurate dimensions and weights, and discuss loading assistance before selecting your vehicle.
Supplier-to-Site Deliveries
When an item is needed to complete a job, clear collection instructions can help prevent unnecessary waiting. Confirm the order is paid for and ready for release, then provide the supplier’s contact details and collection reference.
At the destination, identify the person receiving the goods and explain where the driver should report. For a working site, include the approved entrance, delivery hours and any access requirements.
Choose a Vehicle for the Complete Load
Measure your items with their packaging and check the combined weight. Allow space for anything that cannot be stacked, and tell us if equipment must remain upright.
Loading and unloading arrangements need to suit the goods at both addresses. Contact us before payment for tail-lift requirements, additional carrying assistance or items too heavy for one person to handle.
Urgent Delivery and Collection Times
If your delivery must reach a customer or site before a particular time, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the route, item details and required arrival time before booking.
Collection and delivery timing depend on vehicle availability, road conditions and access at each address. The calculator gives a route price; a fixed collection time or delivery deadline requires separate confirmation.
Multiple Drop-Offs From One Collection
Add several delivery addresses to the calculator in your preferred stop order. Provide contact details for each recipient and label the packages clearly for their destinations.
Discuss any fixed delivery windows or additional collections along the route before payment. This helps us agree the complete journey and handover arrangements.
