Collections Across Andover, SP10 and SP11
Request collection from homes, shops, offices, workshops and commercial premises in Andover. For businesses at Walworth Business Park or Portway Industrial Estate, include the company name, unit number and the correct loading entrance.
If the premises have several buildings or entrances, specify where the goods will be handed over. Provide a collection contact and confirm that the consignment is packed and ready before the agreed collection time.
Replacement Parts and Tools
Arrange transport for components and packed tools needed at a workshop or customer site. Provide the supplier’s order reference and check that the goods are available for release.
Stock and Customer Orders
Send boxed stock, urgent orders and business supplies to another branch or a customer. Include the number of packages, their dimensions and the combined weight.
Documents and Equipment
Request direct delivery of signed paperwork, office equipment and securely packed items. Supply recipient details and any reception or unloading instructions.
Warehouse and Distribution-Site Bookings
A warehouse collection may need more than a street address. Include the collection reference, gatehouse instructions and any appointment or loading-slot requirements. Confirm whether the driver should report to reception or a dispatch office.
For palletised goods, provide the pallet dimensions, total weight and loading equipment available at both ends. Discuss tail-lift requirements or extra handling assistance before booking.
Time-Critical Delivery From Andover
If your goods must arrive before a receiving department closes, contact us before payment. Email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both addresses, the load details and the required arrival time.
Collection and delivery timing depend on available vehicles, the journey and access at each address. The calculator provides a route price; a fixed collection time or delivery deadline needs separate confirmation.
Choose a Vehicle That Suits the Complete Load
Measure items with their packaging and check their combined weight. Tell us whether packages can be stacked, equipment must stay upright or the goods need securing in a particular position.
Contact us first for unusually heavy or bulky consignments. Stairs, long carrying distances and items requiring more than one person to handle must be discussed in advance.
Multiple Drop-Offs and Site Access
Add several destinations to the calculator in your preferred delivery order. Label the packages for each stop and provide separate recipient contacts so the handovers are clear.
For military or other security-controlled premises, confirm the authorised entrance and receiving arrangements before booking. Restricted access, advance registration and special site procedures require separate agreement.
