Collections From Liss Homes and Businesses
Request collection from a home, shop, office, workshop or supplier in Liss. Provide the complete address, a collection contact and the time the goods will be ready for handover.
For a property with a shared postcode, include its name and directions to the correct entrance. Tell us about gates, narrow access or a loading point away from the main building so the collection can be planned properly.
Documents and Parcels
Send signed paperwork, customer orders and securely packed personal items. Provide a named recipient and check that someone will be available to accept them.
Parts and Workshop Supplies
Arrange transport for replacement components, packed tools and business supplies. Include any supplier collection reference and confirm the order is ready for release.
Equipment and Purchases
Request delivery of packed equipment, boxed stock and purchases from a seller. Share the package dimensions and total weight before choosing a vehicle.
Help Us Find the Correct Collection Point
An accurate address is especially important when goods are collected from an individual workshop, outbuilding or property reached through a shared entrance. Include clear instructions identifying where the driver should report.
If access is unsuitable for a larger vehicle, discuss a practical handover point before booking. The person releasing the goods should be contactable and know which items are included in the collection.
Supplier Collections and Delivery to Another Site
Before arranging collection from a supplier, confirm that the goods are paid for, packed and ready. Provide the order reference and any authorisation required for a courier to collect on your behalf.
At the destination, include the recipient’s contact details, receiving hours and unloading instructions. If goods or packaging need returning, agree the return journey before confirming the booking.
Choose a Vehicle and Prepare Your Goods
Measure the complete load with its packaging and check the combined weight. Tell us about items that must remain upright, cannot be stacked or need additional space for protection.
Fragile goods must be suitably packed for road transport. Tail-lift requirements, stairs, long carrying distances and additional lifting assistance need agreement before payment.
Urgent Deadlines and Multiple Drop-Offs
If delivery must be completed before a business closes or an appointment begins, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both addresses, the item details and your required arrival time. A fixed deadline needs confirmation alongside vehicle availability.
For several deliveries from one collection, add the destinations to the calculator in your preferred stop order. Label packages for each recipient and provide separate contact details for every stop.
