Collections From Petersfield Homes and Businesses
Request collection from a shop, office, workshop, supplier or home in Petersfield. Give the full address and a contact who can hand over the consignment at the agreed collection time.
For a town-centre shop, specify whether collection is from the shopfront or a separate loading entrance. For a business unit or outlying property, include the unit or property name and directions if the postcode does not identify the entrance clearly.
Urgent Documents
Send signed paperwork and business documents to a named recipient. Use suitable packaging and include any reception instructions or receiving hours at the destination.
Customer Orders and Parcels
Arrange transport for boxed orders, purchases and securely packed personal items. Confirm the number of packages and their dimensions before selecting your vehicle.
Parts and Equipment
Request delivery of replacement components, packed tools and equipment needed at another site. Provide the total weight, package sizes and any handling requirements.
Help a Customer or Colleague Get What They Need
A courier booking can connect a supplier with someone waiting for an order, or move equipment between your premises and a customer site. Confirm that the goods are ready and identify the person authorised to release them.
If you are arranging collection on someone else’s behalf, provide the order reference and check that the seller accepts courier collection. Tell the recipient what is arriving and make sure they can accept it.
Preparing a Delivery With a Deadline
For time-critical paperwork, parts or equipment, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with both addresses, the item details and the required arrival time before booking.
Include opening hours and any delivery appointment. Collection and arrival timing depend on vehicle availability, the journey and access at each address. The online calculator gives a route price; a fixed deadline needs separate confirmation.
Choose a Vehicle and Agree Loading Arrangements
Measure the goods with their protective packaging and check their combined weight. Tell us if items must remain upright, cannot be stacked or need pallet space.
Loading and unloading arrangements must suit the consignment. Contact us before payment for tail-lift requirements, extra lifting assistance or items that cannot be handled by one person.
Multiple Deliveries From One Collection
Add each destination to the calculator in your preferred delivery order. Label the packages for their recipients and provide separate contact details for every stop.
If several destinations have restricted receiving hours, discuss the full itinerary before booking. Additional collections and return journeys should also be agreed in advance.
