Same Day Courier Virginia Water

Looking for a same day courier near you in Virginia Water?

Request collection directly from your home, workplace or supplier when an item needs its own journey. Your goods travel in a dedicated vehicle to the agreed destination, without passing through a parcel sorting depot.

Use our online calculator to check the journey price. For a delivery with a fixed deadline, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the item details, ready time and required arrival time so availability can be checked before booking.

Arrange access and collection before the journey

Provide the complete address and postcode, including the property or business name. If there are several entrances or a separate service entrance, identify the correct collection point.

For gated premises, arrange entry with the person responsible and provide the agreed access instructions. Mention vehicle restrictions, limited turning space or a long carrying distance so loading arrangements can be checked.

Confirm who will hand over the goods. If a supplier or another person is releasing them on your behalf, provide the collection reference and any authorisation required.

What needs delivering from Virginia Water?

Choose a suitable vehicle

• Car or small van: documents, smaller parcels and compact equipment.
• Medium or large van: multiple boxes, larger equipment and suitable trade supplies.
• Luton van: bulkier consignments, subject to dimensions, weight and vehicle availability.

Measure goods with their packaging included. If loading requires a tail lift, forklift or additional lifting assistance, agree these arrangements before booking.

Confirm the receiving person and delivery time

Tell us when the goods will be ready and when the recipient can accept them. If a member of staff or another person will receive the delivery on your behalf, agree that arrangement in advance.

Local deliveries and longer journeys across mainland Great Britain can be arranged subject to availability. The online calculator provides a journey price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee arrival at a particular time.
