Collection details for Maida Hill addresses

For shops and workplaces around Harrow Road or elsewhere in Maida Hill, include the exact postcode, business name and collection contact. Specify whether the goods will be handed over at the shop entrance, reception or another agreed loading point.

For residential collections, provide the building number, flat number, floor and entry instructions. Tell us about stairs, lift access and larger items that need extra handling before confirming the booking.

If there is limited space to stop outside, agree a suitable handover arrangement in advance. For a supplier order, check it is packed and authorised for release, and provide any reference needed to collect it.

What can you send from Maida Hill?

Select a vehicle that fits your goods

• Car or small van: documents, small parcels and compact boxes, depending on their measurements.
• Medium or large van: multiple packages, bulkier orders and larger equipment.
• Luton van: larger loads where this vehicle is suitable and available.

Measure items after packing and include their total weight. Use suitable protective packaging for fragile goods. Tail lifts, forklifts, extra handling help and unusual loading requirements must be agreed in advance.

Plan your collection and delivery timing

Tell us when the goods will be ready and when the recipient can accept them. Loading time, building access and journey distance can all affect whether a same day delivery is possible.

The calculator provides a route price; it does not confirm a driver or guarantee an arrival time. For a delivery appointment or a longer journey, check the required timing before proceeding.
