Collections in Eastleigh and Chandler’s Ford
Request collection from homes, shops, offices and commercial premises in Eastleigh and Chandler’s Ford, including addresses in SO50 and SO53. Enter the complete address and provide a contact who can hand over the goods.
For a unit at Boyatt Wood or another business estate, include the company name, unit number and loading entrance. For shared offices, explain whether the driver should report to reception or collect from a separate dispatch area.
Engineering Parts and Supplies
Arrange delivery of replacement components, packed tools and workshop supplies. Provide the supplier’s collection reference and confirm the goods are ready for release.
Office and IT Equipment
Send securely packed computers, peripherals and replacement office equipment to another branch or customer. Include the dimensions, weight and any handling instructions.
Documents, Parcels and Stock
Book transport for signed paperwork, customer orders and boxed business stock. Supply recipient details and check opening hours at the delivery address.
Supplier Collections and Business Deliveries
If equipment or a replacement part is needed to complete a job, confirm the collection arrangements before booking. The order should be paid for, packed and available to the driver, with a contact authorised to release it.
At the destination, give the receiving department, entrance and any booking reference. If a technician is waiting on site, provide their contact details and the time they will remain available.
Airport-Area and Controlled-Access Premises
For a collection or delivery involving Southampton Airport or another controlled-access site, provide the exact business address and an authorised receiving contact.
Confirm the handover location before booking. Airside access, security clearance, customs handling and specialist transport requirements need separate agreement and are not automatically included in an online quote.
Plan Your Vehicle and Delivery Time
Select a vehicle using the full load dimensions and combined weight, including packaging. Tell us about palletised goods, items that must remain upright and anything that cannot be stacked.
Discuss tail-lift requirements, additional carrying assistance and loading arrangements before payment. For a strict delivery deadline, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the route and required arrival time. The calculator gives a price; a fixed collection or arrival time needs confirmation.
Multiple Deliveries From One Collection
Add each destination to the calculator in your preferred stop order. Label the packages for each recipient and provide separate contact details for every delivery.
If individual stops have appointment times or limited receiving hours, discuss the full itinerary before booking so the handover arrangements can be agreed.
