Same Day Courier Hitchin

Workshop and supplier collections

Before booking, confirm that the required parts or order are ready for release. Include the supplier’s collection reference, opening hours and a contact at the loading point.

Parts should be suitably packaged, with the number of items and their weights declared. Explain any awkward shape or handling requirement so vehicle suitability can be checked.

Customer orders and property access

For shop purchases or business orders, check that somebody will be available to receive the delivery. Include the correct entrance and any restrictions affecting unloading.

If an address uses a property name or covers several buildings, give clear directions to the handover point. Do not assume the postcode identifies the exact door.

Match the journey to your deadline

Provide the collection-ready time and the latest acceptable delivery time. These details are especially important when the recipient has an appointment or an early closing time.

Add extra delivery stops in the calculator. Additional collections, returns, stairs or extra loading help need separate agreement before payment. A route quote does not guarantee availability or a fixed arrival time.
