Same Day Courier Tunbridge Wells

Collections from shops, offices and homes

Request collection from a retailer, professional office, supplier or residential address. Provide the full postcode and a contact who can release the goods.

For town-centre premises, explain whether handover is at reception, the shopfront or a separate loading entrance. Tell us about parking restrictions, shared entrances and any distance goods need to be carried.

Retail purchases and business documents

Arrange transport for paid purchases, securely packed orders and signed paperwork. Confirm the seller accepts courier collection and provide the order reference.

Documents should be addressed to a named recipient with clear receiving instructions. Check whether reception can accept them or a specific person must be present.

Protect equipment and agree handling

Use packaging suitable for road transport and measure the complete load. State the total weight and identify fragile or non-stackable items.

Discuss stairs, extra carrying assistance, pallets and tail-lift requirements before payment. Agree suitable loading and unloading arrangements at both addresses.

Appointments and multiple deliveries

Email info@samedayrun.co.uk before booking if goods must arrive before an appointment or closing time. The calculator gives a route price; fixed timing requires confirmation.

Add extra delivery addresses in your preferred order and discuss additional collections or returns separately.
