Same Day Courier Godalming

Looking for a same day courier near you in Godalming?

If a parcel needs a direct journey rather than a standard parcel service, you can request collection from your home, workplace or supplier. Your goods travel in a dedicated vehicle to the agreed destination without passing through a sorting depot.

Enter the addresses in our calculator to check the journey price. For an urgent deadline, email info@samedayrun.co.uk with the load details, earliest collection time and required arrival time so availability can be checked before booking.

Collection details that help avoid delays

Provide the complete Godalming collection address and postcode, together with the business or property name. If the entrance is separate from the postal address, explain where the driver should report.

For collections from offices or shared buildings, identify the reception, floor or department holding the goods. Make sure someone is available to hand them over at the agreed time.

For supplier orders, confirm the goods are packed and authorised for release. Include the order reference and mention gates, parking restrictions or loading arrangements when booking.

Documents, supplies and larger consignments

Choose the vehicle for your complete load

• Car or small van: documents, smaller parcels and compact equipment.
• Medium or large van: multiple boxes, larger equipment and suitable trade supplies.
• Luton van: bulkier consignments, subject to dimensions, weight and vehicle availability.

Measure items with their packaging included. If loading needs a forklift, tail lift or extra lifting assistance, agree these arrangements before booking.

Plan the journey around the recipient

A direct delivery can be arranged to another local address or further across mainland Great Britain. Let us know the earliest collection time and any appointment, closing time or delivery slot at the destination.

Where delivery is to a business, confirm who can accept the goods and what happens if the usual contact is unavailable. The online quote gives a journey price; it does not confirm driver availability or guarantee an arrival time.
